What services do you offer?

I offer a range of evidence-based therapies in Los Angeles, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Informed Therapy. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals.

Do you offer online therapy for California & Connecticut residents?

Yes! I provide secure, HIPAA-compliant online therapy sessions for clients throughout California and Connecticut, including those living in Los Angeles. I also offer the option for hybrid between online therapy and in-person therapy for those living in Los Angeles.

Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance, but I can provide a monthly superbill to help you seek reimbursement from your insurance company. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

What should I expect during my first therapy session?

Your first session is about getting to know you. We’ll discuss your goals, current challenges, and what you hope to get out of therapy. It’s a relaxed conversation to begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship.

How do I schedule an appointment?

The first step to scheduling a therapy session is to schedule a free 15 minute consultation to answer questions and see if we’re a good fit. We can schedule a therapy session during the consultation call. Link to book consultation.

Do you work with teenagers?

Absolutely! I have extensive experience providing therapy for teens facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, school stress, identity issues, and family conflict. Sessions are tailored to meet the developmental and emotional needs of adolescents.

Do you offer DBT skills training for teens and adults?

Yes! I offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training for both teens and adults.

I provide virtual DBT skills training sessions for clients across California and Connecticut. For those located in Los Angeles, I also offer in-person DBT sessions in Echo Park.

Whether you’re a teen learning to manage big emotions or an adult navigating stress, anxiety, or relationship challenges, individual DBT skills sessions can help you create lasting change.
