My journey began in residential treatment for adolescents, where I had the privilege of working closely with teens and their parents. Those years taught me so much about resilience, connection, and the healing power of shared experiences. Adolescence is a time of immense change and growth, where individuals are shaping their identities and navigating complex emotions. I felt a strong calling to support young people through this pivotal period, helping them build resilience and self-awareness.
As a mom of two, I know the beautiful chaos of motherhood. Its challenges, joys, and everything in between. This firsthand experience inspires my passion for helping women navigate career changes and the profound identity shifts that often come with the role of being a mom.
My approach blends my personal experiences with clinical expertise to support my clients through various challenges. I’m dedicated to empowering my clients to cultivate the relationships they desire while offering practical skills in a nurturing space for healing.
