5 Week DBT Skills Group for Women
Monday’s weekly, starting on April 21st
Join us for a 5 Week Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group aimed at helping you feel more empowered to deal with difficult emotions and navigate relationships. DBT is an evidence-based approach that has gained popularity in recent years due to its effectiveness in helping people to manage stress, reduce anxiety, and build healthier connections. Each week, we’ll dive into key DBT strategies - including mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness, teaching you practical skills with the goal of helping you to feel more balanced and in control. You can expect to learn in a supportive, judgment-free environment, alongside other women who are also interested in their own personal growth and development. No prior knowledge or experience with DBT is required.
